Yung Mei Ling lives for a purpose
[Interview with Aarong]
The "nudity fiasco" has embarrassed and infuriated Yung Mei Ling.
"After all, it's a thing of the past, and I'm only blaming myself for being careless. I like taking photos. I don't like posing, because I think it's more natural," she says "But now it's different..."
"What?"
"I'll stand squarely in front of the camera and 'check' my clothes. I'm not a revealing person," she stresses.
"At the same time, I value what people say about me, if I do my best in a competition, I have the highest possible accountability for myself. If I give my best in a race, I have the highest level of accountability, so I don't mind what people say about me."
If 'exposure' is a problem for her, she definitely 'minds' it.
"I always try to pursue everything I want to pursue, and I always try to accept the results. I live my life with that attitude, so I'm happy."
At such a young age, she has such a wise perspective.
"It is not good for a man to live unless he dies for some purpose. I can't remember who said that. The word 'death' is too strong, so I changed it to 'A man who does not live for some purpose is not fit to live."
"That's what you said." I praised her.
A smile spread across her face.
"What do you live for?" I asked.
"My career, of course."
"What is your career?"
"What am I doing now?" she answered.
"Pretty Hibiscus" has a great mouth. I remember when she was chosen to play Wong Yung, I said that she had a chance to rise to the top. It's not that difficult to make a name for yourself in TV drama, if you're not too bad. The only question is whether the company will take you on. Yung Mei Ling is such a lucky girl!

翁美玲要為一個目標而活
【訪談亞翁內文】
一場「走光風波」使到翁美玲很窘，也很氣憤。
畢竟這件事已經成為過去了，怪只怪自己不小心。
「我喜歡拍照。」
翁美玲說：「以前愛隨隨便便的拍，不愛擺POSE，因為
我覺得，那才更自然。但現在不同了...」
「怎樣？」
「我會端端正正的在鏡頭前站，再『檢查』一下衣服。」
她強調：「我不是愛暴露的人！」
「同時，我重視別人對我的評價，如果在一場比賽中，我盡了全力，我對自己的責任
就有了最高限度的交代，那麼我就也不介意別人如何裁定我了。」
若果「暴露」為她帶來困擾的話，她就絕對「介意」。
「我總是努力地去追求我想追求的一切，也總是試著去達觀的接受一切成果。
在人生的歷程中，我抱著這樣的態度去生活，所以我很快樂。」
小小年紀，想又是如此睿智的看法。
「『一個人不為一些目標而死，是不宜生存的。』這句話也記不起是誰說了。
『死』字眼太重了，我改為『一個人不為一些目標而活，是不宜生存的。』」
「你說的是。」我讚她一句。
她樂得臉上綻開一個笑容。
「你為什麼目標而活呢？」我問。
「當然是我的事業。」
「你的事業是什麼？」
「我現在做的是什麼？」她答。
「俏黃蓉」的嘴巴果然厲害。記得當初被選中演黃蓉時，我便斷言，此姝有機會崛起矣。在無線演劇集，如非太差，冒起頭也不是很困難的事。問題是：公司肯不肯捧你。翁美玲就是如此一個幸運兒
